Standard shipping within the United States is free.

Delivery Time

Orders are generally delivered within 7–12 business days, unless a different delivery time is stated on the relevant product page. Deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and tracking link. Tracking information may take a short time to update after the carrier receives the shipment.

We use CJ Dropshipping as an order-processing and fulfillment partner. Orders are dispatched from partner warehouses located in the United States. The specific US facility may vary depending on the product and availability. Tracking details are sent as soon as the carrier receives the shipment.

Separate Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately. In this case, you may receive more than one tracking number and the packages may arrive at different times.

Address Changes and Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your delivery address or cancel an order. We can only make changes before the order has been processed for shipment.
