Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
How to request a return
Contact our support team at info@veridianhome.shop and include:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
- Photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Our support team will review the request and provide the return authorization, instructions, and the applicable return address. Please do not send an item back before receiving these instructions.
Important return-address information
Orders are fulfilled by third-party partner warehouses, including CJdropshipping warehouses in the United States. These US fulfillment warehouses do not accept customer returns. Do not send returns to the shipping-origin address or to our German business address.
The authorized return address depends on the product and order and may be located outside the United States, including in China. We will provide the correct address after reviewing your request.
Return conditions
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for authorized return shipping costs for non-defective returns. If an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us before shipping it. We will provide the appropriate resolution and, where a return is required, the return instructions. Depending on the circumstances, we may approve a refund without requiring the item to be returned.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, or a refund without return has been approved, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 10 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account.
